Account passwords are stored using industry-standard hashing algorithms and are not accessible in plain text by dbt1 staff.

Despite our security measures, no method of data transmission or storage is 100% secure. You are responsible for keeping your own account credentials confidential and for notifying dbt1 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

dbt1 retains your personal data for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period thereafter to comply with legal and regulatory obligations. Transaction records, KYC documents, and account activity logs are retained for a minimum of five years from the date of the relevant transaction or the date of account closure, whichever is later, in accordance with applicable anti-money-laundering requirements.
Where personal data is no longer required for any legitimate purpose, dbt1 will delete or anonymise it in a secure manner. If you close your account, dbt1 will retain only the data required by law and will delete all other personal data within a reasonable period of closure.

The dbt1 Platform does not contain links to third-party websites for commercial or advertising purposes. Any links that may appear for operational reasons point only to services directly associated with dbt1. dbt1 is not responsible for the privacy practices of any external website.
