1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the dbt1 website, mobile interface, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform"). dbt1 is an online casino and sports betting platform operated for the benefit of players in Bangladesh. By accessing the Platform, you enter into a binding agreement with dbt1 on the terms set out below.

dbt1 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Changes will be published on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Platform following any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any revision, you must cease using the Platform immediately.

To register and use the dbt1 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform. dbt1 may request documentary evidence to verify any eligibility condition at its sole discretion and without prior notice.

3. Account Registration and Security

To access the full features of the dbt1 Platform, you must register a personal account. Registration requires you to provide a valid mobile number or email address, a secure password of your choosing, and such other identification information as dbt1 may require for verification purposes (KYC). All account information is processed in accordance with the dbt1 Privacy Policy.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your username, password, or account access with any third party. dbt1 will treat all activity originating from your account as authorised by you and shall not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your account where such use was made possible by your failure to keep credentials secure.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

dbt1 supports deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) through the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are processed in BDT. dbt1 does not accept deposits in cryptocurrency, foreign currency, or via third-party payment facilitators unless specifically stated.

Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever technically possible. dbt1 aims to process withdrawal requests within 24 hours of approval. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider. dbt1 shall not be liable for delays caused by payment processing infrastructure outside of its control.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

dbt1 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that accompany each offer, including wagering requirements that must be satisfied before bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. Bonuses are available to new and existing players as defined in the applicable promotion terms.

dbt1 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or suspend any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Bonuses may not be combined unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms. Any attempt to exploit bonus offers through irregular betting patterns, abuse of multiple accounts, or other manipulative behaviour will result in the forfeiture of bonuses and may result in account closure.

6. Fair Use and Prohibited Conduct

dbt1 is committed to providing a fair and honest gaming environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform and will result in immediate action including account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of funds where applicable.

7. Responsible Gaming

dbt1 is committed to responsible gaming and player welfare. The Platform includes tools that allow players to set deposit limits, session time limits, and self-exclusion periods. These tools are accessible from account settings at any time without requiring a support request. dbt1 encourages all players to make use of these tools and to approach gaming as a form of entertainment with a defined personal budget. This Platform is for adults aged 21 and above only.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, dbt1 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or any other financial loss not directly caused by a proven error on the part of dbt1.

dbt1 makes reasonable efforts to ensure the Platform is available at all times but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond dbt1's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability. dbt1 shall not be liable for any loss resulting from Platform downtime or service interruptions.

9. Amendments and Governing Law

dbt1 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. The most current version of these Terms will always be published on this page. Where changes are material, dbt1 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via email or on-platform notification. Your continued use of the Platform following notification constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to online gaming operations serving users in Bangladesh. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be addressed first through dbt1's internal complaint resolution process. dbt1 aims to resolve all complaints within 14 business days of receipt.
